This Sunday is Pentecost! It’s a day to wear red, wave a fire stick and celebrate the Holy Spirit dwelling among us. And folks, this Pentecost is even better than most. Because this Sunday, Assistant Bishop Jennifer Brooke-Davidson is visiting the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services.
Plus there’s a whole lot of other fun stuff happening: It’s the last Sunday of Children’s and Youth Formation, there’s a J2A bake sale after all three services, and the Family Choir, Junior Choir, and Hand Bell Choirs will join in the 11 a.m. service.
And you won’t want to miss “Stump the Bishop” at 10 a.m., when we’ll get to know Bishop Jennifer. Bring your questions about the church, spirituality, why bishops wear funny hats, and more.
