Did you know most discarded textiles end up burned or in a landfill? And discarded Styrofoam takes hundreds of years to degrade. Yech!
Here’s how you can help: Bring Styrofoam and textiles to St. Philip’s for our recycling drive!
What to bring:
Textiles: Clean but unusable clothes, shoes, purses, linens, curtains, underwear, socks, leather items, etc.
Styrofoam: Clean and dry food service containers and packaging materials.
Put your Styrofoam and textiles in the boxes in the breezeway vestibule from October 23 to November 3. You can even get in the habit of saving Styrofoam and textiles – we anticipate doing more recycling drives in the future.
