A traditional ofrenda, a temporary altar honor our beloved dead, adorned with marigolds, photos of the dead, candles, and paper flags.
A traditional ofrenda adorned with flowers, photos of the dead, candles, and paper flags.

On All Saints’ Sunday, we give thanks for the great cloud of witnesses who surround us – the saints of the church and our own beloved dead who’ve gone before us. Join us for a day of remembrance and fellowship as we celebrate the communion of saints together.

Creating our ofrenda – This year we’re enhancing our tradition of displaying photos of loved ones with an ofrenda, inspired by the colorful altars created for the Day of the Dead in Mexico. With marigolds, colorful paper decorations, and photos of our dead, we’ll create a beautiful space for remembrance in the parish hall. Bring photos
