April 16, 2026 – The Episcopal Communicators professional organization recently announced winners of the 2026 Polly Bond Awards for Excellence in Communications – and St. Philip’s took home two top awards!

Our Minister for Communications, Grace Camblos, received first place “best social media video post” and first place for “best social media non-video post” in 2025 at this year’s Episcopal Communicators conference in San Diego. These awards recognize excellence in church communications across 20 different categories for work completed in 2025, with entries judged by experienced communications professionals outside of the organization’s membership.

The winning posts both highlighted St. Philip’s Pride flag last June: One post featured a photo of our Pride flag and a slew of supportive comments, while the video post showed our Pride flag waving in the breeze to the tune of “What a Wonderful World.”

Please thank our excellent communications minister for a job well done!

All winning submissions are showcased on the Episcopal Communicators website to inspire ideas and foster excellence in Episcopal communications across the country. Learn more about the Polly Bond awards.
