Blessing of the Animals for St. Francis Day

Come celebrate St. Francis Day! Join us in the evening for a 5 p.m. blessing of the animals outside in the garden close. We’ll say some prayers, hear the story of St Francis, pray for all creatures, and bless our animals.

Bring your…

  • Four-legged, scaly or feathery friends (leashed or in carriers)
  • Photos of animals (even photos of animals who’ve passed on)
  • Kids can bring stuffed animals for a blessing

If it rains, we’ll move inside and have a raucous indoor blessing. Come as you are!
