Release & Rest Retreat at The Trees
Saturday October 26, 12-4 p.m.
Join Lindsay Voorhees for a half-day retreat. We’ll listen to the invitations of the fall season to release and rest through: gentle yoga and meditation, mindful self-compassion practices, connecting with nature, journaling and creative exploration, and sharing together. Folks navigating life with health challenges of any kind are especially welcome. Cost: Sliding scale $75-125 (includes simple vegetarian lunch). Learn more here
