Festive Eucharist for the Feast of Absalom Jones

Come celebrate the first African American to be ordained as a priest in the Episcopal Church. The Rev. Canon Kathy Walker will preach. Clergy are welcome to vest and process, wearing white stoles. Immediately following the service, join us for a luncheon and presentation, “Telling Our Stories through the Saints,” by each of the historically Black churches in the diocese.
