On All Saints Sunday, we celebrate the saints of the church and those saints in our own lives who’ve gone before us. Join us as we remember the “great cloud of witnesses” surrounding us at all three morning services – 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and 11 a.m.
Photo display: In the parish hall, we’ll surround ourselves with photos and images of saints and our loved ones who’ve died. Bring framed or loose photos for the display (consider labeling loose photos).
Necrology: During worship, we’ll read the necrology – the names of our loved ones who have died. This makes a powerful link between Holy Communion (the meal that makes us one) and the Communion of Saints (in which we are all one).
All Souls’ Intergenerational Potluck Dinner – 5 p.m. – Parish Hall – All Souls’ traditionally is an extension of All Saints’ Day, when we remember those unknown in the wider fellowship of the church, especially family and friends. All are invited to bring a recipe of a departed loved one to share. We’ll share dinner and have activities for all ages. RSVP to All Souls’ potluck
Join us in remembering all the saints!
